1. Return and Refund Timeframe

Customers have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund or return, the product(s) must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and seals intact

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Opened or used products, as well as items purchased during sale events or with a discount, are not eligiblefor refund.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

4. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. Orders are shipped within 1 business day and typically arrive within 6–8 business days depending on location.
