Shipping Policy – RoseySilk

At RoseySilk, we are committed to delivering your silk essentials safely and reliably. We understand the anticipation of receiving your order and aim to make the delivery process clear and transparent from start to finish.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking number.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, customs procedures, or high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays). While we always strive to meet estimated timeframes, delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to:

  • Monitor your shipment in real time

  • View its transit progress

  • See estimated delivery updates

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Any promotional shipping offers will be advertised separately.


5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied once the package reaches the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. RoseySilk has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment and assist you accordingly.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. RoseySilk cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


7. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees in this situation. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
